Clos de Gamot is known for producing great laying down wine.
Often the wines gain in complexity after eight years. Their freshness, signature of our family, allows them to reveal all their assets over the years.

Conservation through the years

The Jouffreau family has always wanted to keep bottles of each vintage with great potential. We are obliged to stop the marketing before the exhaustion of the stocks in order to propose years later bottles of collection.

We strive to stop the sales before the exhaustion of the stocks in order to offer, some years later, bottles of collection. These are kept in our cellars in order to preserve the integrity of the wine. These bottles will be perfect to celebrate all the moments of life (birthdays, wedding, ...).
